We were taken back and forwards at our convenience in their shuttle bus and the concierges doing so always had a smile on their face. This is a hotel near Disney and their offering in that regard is fantastic. Breakfast was quite good and the bar pleasant to spend time in. We had dinner at the hotel one night which was not bad. A second toilet in the room was useful, but not really essential. For the size of rooms we had - junior suites - the price was reasonable but I’d prefer more of the space was given over to the bathroom which is tiny and awkward. I was woken early two mornings by traffic noise, so if you are sensitive to noise, it is not a great option. And talking of comfort, the beds were very good, but I found the rooms very noisy. They could not have tried harder to make our stay comfortable. Despite all this, the more senior staff at the hotel were good. We had very strong smells of damp in two rooms and stained bedding in one. ![]() The rooms we had were sort of OK but all 3 (yes, 3) had problems suggesting some issues with housekeeping and a need for a refresh of the rooms. We had a number of issues during our 3 night stay, but it was not too expensive and the staff were excellent. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the shuttle to and from Disneyland was in a 7-seater vehicle which was so much nicer than travelling on a crowded shuttle bus!!… A hands free shower with a wider shower screen would be so much better. I decided it might be easier to sit down in the bath to wash my hair and ended up slipping backwards and hitting my shoulder joint on the tap, cutting and bruising it. There is only a very small shower screen so it's difficult to shower without water spraying out of the bath. Still very tasty though! The bathrooms were both spotless, but we were disappointed to discover the showers were very difficult to use as the head is vertical and cannot be pointed down without removing it from the holder and using it by hand. Breakfast was good, but bacon, sausages etc. not ideal if you have a child with SEN who can also use the latch on the main door! The rooms have a kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hobs so you can prepare your own meals. There are two interconnecting doors meaning the children can close their door to prevent the parents from gaining access. The rooms were clean and spacious, just a few things in need of repair such as broken door latches (out of the wall but still in working order) and drawing marks on the wall. ![]() The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet overnight. We stayed in a premium family room which was two connecting rooms. We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Relais Spa.
